But when asked about how much he can conquer on the bench press, Mr. Stewart evaded the question. So we must wonder -- what is his secret?
Does he use alternative exercises? Maybe dumbbell flies, push ups, or dumbbell presses? Does Mr. Stewart secretly bench 3 45s on each side? (315 lbs). If he doesn't bench press, how much is he dumbbell pressing?
Or what if it isn't an exercise at all? When confronted about his mysterious bench press, Mr. Stewart said that it was all in the polo. Maybe his polos are all intricately tailored to make him look larger?
Or what if he's juiced up on oodles of creatine and nitric oxide?
What is the secret?
We may never know. Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
The way his muscles protrude out of his arms, I have a feeling he may be juiced on something. You can definitely tell he works out a bunch and drinks his protein shakes and muscle milk. By his physique I can come to a conclusion that he plays sports and looks yolked if I must say so myself.
ReplyDeleteI have a friend who on the baseball team that told me a few things about Mr. Stewart. For one, he is the coach of our baseball team, so it would be fair to say that he is both interested and quite good at sports. My friend also mentioned off-hand that he may have gotten a baseball scholarship in college, so he has been like this for a long time. My guess is that he got his gains in high school and college, and is now simply maintaining them.
ReplyDeleteWell hearing that Mr. Stewart is a baseball coach and knowing before. I would have to say this muscle is purely from the sport. Baseball is so focused in the arms and shoulders that it would make more than enough sense to conclude that he played competitive baseball and probably did work outside of practices to improve his skill.
