Raiders First Round Pick

During the NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders made a very risky pick. They wanted a player to fill their secondary since it has a few weak links. They had a very excellent option with Jabrill Peppers even though he failed a drug test, but they made the decision of drafting Gareon Conley. Gareon Conley was a top recruit coming out of Ohio State, but he was accused of Sexual Assault. He has not been convicted yet, but it still is a risky decision. Was it worth it? To pick a suspect over a player that failed a drug test?
